What is HR Executive's policy regarding video & photography?

By attending the Summit, you consent o having your image captured by official show photographers and videographers. The resulting materials, including still photographs, video and audio recordings may be used by ETC, without restriction, in news materials, promotional materials, on the website and other properties. Attendees are permitted to use smartphones to take photographs and capture digital images at the Summit for personal, non-commercial use, provided the photography is not disruptive. Registrants may take photos from their seats, as long as they are not standing in the media area, obstructing views or using flash after the session begins. Photographs may not be sold, reproduced, transmitted, distributed or otherwise commercially exploited in any manner whatsoever.

The HR Executive Strategy Summit is exclusively for senior level human resource executives with titles of VP and above of organizations with 2,000+ employees representing all industries.

Are meals included in my registration?

Yes! Day 1 includes a welcome reception, dinner, and after party. Day 2 breakfast, lunch, and dinner will be provided. Day 3 includes breakfast and lunch to send you on your way fueled and ready to go.

Snacks and refreshments will also be provided throughout the event.

What if I have special needs or dietary requirements?

For any dietary restrictions/special meal requests, please list your request(s) in the Special Needs section when registering. For all other needs, please email [email protected] with your accommodation request

Can I bring a guest to any of the Summit's social events?

The HR Executive Strategy Summit programming and social events are exclusively for registered attendees.

What is the suggested attire for the summit?

Business casual dress is recommended for the HR Executive Strategy Summit and social events. We recommend you bring a sweater or dress in layers as indoor gathering spaces may be chilly while outdoor events may be warm, subject to weather.

What travel arrangements need to be coordinated by Summit attendees?

All travel arrangements, including flight, are made by the attendee. We urge you to book your travel after receiving confirmation of your registration from the Strategy Summit team.

As a Summit guest, your accommodations at the host facility will be included free of charge.
